Eclipse Photran needs much more effort as compared to simple installation and usage by make system.
I wasted many months trying Eclipse Photran for FEAP on Fedora, but finally gave up.

One way to do this could be to set up a CMAKE system for FEAP.  It would then generate the necessary project files for you.  We have some plans to do this in the next release but the timing is indeterminate at the moment.  If you decide to try it and make some progress, please share it.
