Title: opening a file
Post by: amir on March 02, 2016, 01:11:25 PM
hello.
I have just installed feap 8.4 on my linux. I am a new user. I do not know how can I open a file named Itruss.
Sorry for posting such a elementary question.
Thank you

Have you tried to open it with Vi or Emacs?

You need to use some program that can read a text file named Itruss.  Any program that prepares text can be used, Microsoft Word or as suggested by another an editor such as emacs or vi (which can be downloaded from the internet) can also be used.

In Word you should get a Itruss.txt file which is acceptable (you need to say Itruss.txt when you start feap).
