I'm trying to implement a non-linear user element subroutine.
does anyone know how to apply newton-raphson (loop,iter,xx) in user element subroutine? which subroutine and isw I used to apply?

Look in the programmer manual, we discuss the development there for a truss.  But it applies in general.  The Newton algorithm is then defined by the solution commands.
