How to apply CSURf in 3D polar problem?
« on: May 29, 2021, 04:13:49 PM »
Hello,

I am working on a 3D heat problem. I am trying to impose thermal flux in the internal part of the hollow cylinder and temperature on the external part (Icili_1). I used CSURF but it doesn't work maybe I define wrongly the area where I want to impose flux. Also, I don't know if I need to use CBOUN before CSURF or when I use CSURF I don't need to restrain the boundaries before.
As CSURF wasn't working with polar coordinates I made a second mesh (Icili_sides) with cartesian coordinates and applying the SIDE command but It doesn't work with flux.
I attach both of them.

Thanks in advance.

Natalia
