Input FEAP File execution

Good morning,
I am new user to FEAP and i downloaded feap examples input files and execute ex1a file and it shows GNU plot and output file generated correctly. But  the problem is when i changed force input in file to even a smaller magnitude or in this scinario any changes to just values in input file and run the file it shows error message
*ERROR* PCONTR: Attempt to solve problem before mesh
         input.  Check for error on FEAP or BINAry record.
This problem is killing my time. In this regard could you please me know where i went wriong.

Make sure you input file is strictly an ascii file.

Good morning ,
Thank you for your response.The problem is with file format opening feap input file with LibreOffice Writer. When i open with mouseapd and edited it works fine, Thank you once again.
