I will post one later -- I do not think there are any. However, the process is identical to the regular feap, thus if you use a thermo-mechanical example you should be able to add the NURBS form instead of usual functions.
In your other question, I do not know how to tell all the subroutines that are called. FEAP uses the command line for solution and each command has its own set of subroutines. In debug solution the contact does output the subroutines called.
Maybe other users have an idea on how you can do this in general.
