Boundary Condition on Curved Surface of a Cylinder

Hello,

I am doing a Simulation on a quarter of a cylinder and i want to apply a boundary condition on the full curved surface of the cylinder.
None of the methods like using polar coordinates or the surface command have worked.

It would be amazing if someone could help me.
I attached my input file.

You will need to program a user module to impose the boundary condition.
